Submissions
Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.- The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
- The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
- Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
- The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
- The text follows the style guidelines and bibliographic requirements described in Author Guidelines, on the About the Journal page.
- Plagiarism and Use of Artificial Intelligence - The Contemporary Phenomenological Psychopathology Journal will verify all submitted articles using plagiarism detection tools (e.g., CrossCheck, Copyspider). The Contemporary Phenomenological Psychopathology Journal restricts the submission of texts generated partially or entirely by artificial intelligence (AI) without proper human review and authorship. All submitted manuscripts must be the product of genuine intellectual work by the indicated authors, reflecting their critical analysis and interpretation of the data (see supplementary document that must be submitted at the time of manuscript submission). If these practices are detected at any stage of the evaluation process - which infringes the principle of originality and novelty of the articles published by the PFC Journal - the submitted manuscripts will have their peer review process interrupted.
